記者葉立斌／台北報導 昨(30)日台北市出現36.1℃的驚人高溫，令不少人直呼，夏天真的來了。今(31)日，台灣各地多晴朗炎熱，山區午後較容易出現局部短暫陣雨。 據中央氣象局資料顯示，昨日的高溫是因強力太平洋高壓，日照充足與台北盆地地形因素，海風調節不易，加上都市熱島效應，使氣溫不斷上升，才會在中午12時28分出現36.1℃的高溫；午後熱對流造成桃園以南山區、宜蘭山區、台東山區與南投有局部降雨。 氣象局指出，今日強力太平洋高壓仍使台灣各地多晴朗炎熱，西半部與東北部地區，高溫在34至35℃左右，花蓮與台東地區高溫在32至33℃。而各地山區午後多容易出現局部短暫雷陣雨。如欲往返金門，今日金門地區局部有霧，搭機往返的民眾需留意航班資訊。
