切除療程中 裘莉勇敢探難民

影星安潔莉娜裘莉宣布她從今年二月到四月底接受為期三個月的預防性雙乳切除術，英國外相海格聞訊，才發覺今年三月他與裘莉到剛果民主共和國探視難民營時，裘莉正在療程中。

海格稱讚裘莉是「勇敢的女性」。去年也預防切除雙乳並重建的英國流行歌手蜜雪兒•希頓也說，裘莉的宣告「非常重要」，能鼓勵其他女性。

海格說：「最近幾個月我們一起做很多事。為防止衝突地區的性暴力問題，她跟我一起出席倫敦八大工業國外長會議，並探望剛果衝突地區。」

海格說：「當時裘莉完全沒有顯現出正在接受治療的樣子，她非常勇敢，不只把慈善工作做得這麼好，還公開談論切除雙乳的事。」

美聯社說，西方國家不乏接受類似手術的女性，但像裘莉如此名人公開談論心路歷程，前所未見。

青春期時代的裘莉，跟目前堅毅母親、聯合國難民事務高級專員公署（UNHCR）特使的形象相差甚遠。裘莉在一九九九年以電影「女生向前走」中，個性古怪叛逆的女孩一角，拿下奧斯卡最佳女配角獎；後因「古墓奇兵」拍攝踏上柬埔寨，成為她接觸難民的濫觴。她的好萊塢壞女孩形象，也轉為散發人道光環。

安潔莉娜裘莉與男星布萊德彼特愛情長跑近七年，甩開小三傳聞後，兩人領養及生育共六名子女，好媽媽與堅毅女性的形象深植人心。

華爾街日報14日報導，美國第四大行動電話公司T-Mobile US Inc.在開賣蘋果(Apple Inc.)iPhone 5一個月後，本週一悄悄地將售價調高50美元。報導指出，16GB iPhone 5頭期款原本是100美元(兩年內需額外月付20美元)、現已調高至150美元，這使得購機總成本自580美元調高至630美元。相較之下，美國其他電信公司的無約購機價約650美元。

T-Mobile是美國最後一家擁抱iPhone的電信大廠，上個月在發表售價時並未說明100美元是優惠促銷價。T-Mobile的iPhone 4S頭期款為70美元，兩年內需額外月付20美元；iPhone 4頭期款為18美元，兩年內月付15美元。本月初股票價牌的T-Mobile(註：德意志電信擁有74%股權)開賣iPhone的第一個月銷售成績為50萬支。

根據科技研調機構Gartner最新公佈的統計數據，2013年第1季蘋果在全球智慧型手機市場的佔有率自一年前的22.5%降至18.2%。

bgr.com 13日報導，來自美國電信公司AT&T的消息顯示，截至上週為止業界首款內建「Facebook Home」應用程式Android智慧型手機「HTC First」在美國的累計銷售量不到15,000支。Android/Chrome部門主管Sundar Pichai在接受wired.com專訪時表示，他並不認同Mark Zuckerberg(臉書執行長)所謂以人際關係為中心的設計理念。

mashable.com 8日報導，HTC First在美國AT&T官網的兩年綁約價大砍至0.99美元、降幅高達99.72%。AT&T並未說明宏達電這款手機限時優惠的確切截止期限，僅模糊地表示「今天截止」。截至台北時間15日上午9時55分為止，HTC First的兩年綁約價依舊是0.99美元。

（中央社記者徐卉台北2013年5月16日電）監察院今天以綠島文化園區效益不彰糾正文化部。文化部回應，因土地權屬複雜，因而未能於計畫核定期程完成土地撥用。

監察院今天通過監委李炳南、程仁宏提案，糾正文化部（原文建會），糾正案文指出，文化部（原文建會）籌設「綠島文化園區」，計畫核定期程自民國95至98年度止，並應於97年5月20日以前完成全區開放作業。

糾正案文表示，文化部（原文建會）事前沒能審慎評估規劃，事後也沒有積極協調相關機關辦理土地撥用事宜，導致計畫執行至今6年，園區土地仍分屬各單位管理，缺乏有效整合，不利於歷史文化資產保存。

文化部今天回應，有關綠島文化園區，是於民國95年起由原文建會開始籌設辦理，因土地權屬複雜，難以立即釐清，因而未能於計畫核定期程完成土地撥用。

文化部指出，文化部成立後，即積極接續辦理此案，除於101年12月底前，陸續協調各土地權管單位，於獲相關單位同意後，即開始洽請財政部國產署辦理土地撥用，經數次協商後，已於102年4月中旬函送土地撥用計畫書予國產署審核中，101年之計畫預算執行率亦達90.74%。

美國職籃NBA東區準決賽，衛冕冠軍邁阿密熱火輸了一場以後連勝四場，第五戰第四節只讓芝加哥公牛拿到11分，以94比91逆轉打敗公牛，連續三年晉級東區冠軍賽，公牛結束了沒有羅斯的球季。

公牛開賽連投兩個麵包接著失誤，熱火打出十比零跟22比4的攻勢，不過布澤第一節投七進六，公牛也在13分鐘內打出34比14的攻勢，第三節最多領先熱火11分，但第四節巴提耶連續三分球加罰球，韋德也在第四節重新包紮膝蓋以後上場，短短45秒內蓋火鍋、鞏固防守籃板以後又抓進攻籃板補扣，公牛打到最後還有追平機會，但是羅賓森跟巴特勒三分球落空，熱火連續三年晉級東區冠軍賽。

公牛一整年沒有羅斯，季後賽第一輪又損失魯爾鄧跟亨瑞奇兩名先發，能夠拼到東區準決賽還贏了熱火一場已經難能可貴，總教練席伯多讚揚球員的付出。布澤26分14籃板，羅賓森21分，巴特勒19分，漢彌爾頓15分。公牛因為失誤丟了27分，比熱火多了15分。詹姆斯23分8助攻7籃板，韋德18分，熱火贏球以後至少可以休息到下週一，再出戰溜馬或者尼克，目前溜馬三比一領先尼克。

傳統市場禁宰活禽 周五上路

傳統市場禁宰活禽政策即將在明(17)日上路實施，各地縣市政府成立稽查小組，並設置檢舉專線，若查獲違法私宰者，依法最高可開罰10萬元。農委會公告進宰令實施辦法，包含傳統市場禁止宰殺雞、鴨、鵝，販賣未殺的活禽也算違法。

因應H7N9疫情，傳統市場禁宰活禽即將在17日上路實施，地方政府也將組成聯合稽查小組，如果有攤商違反規定，可依傳染病防治法，罰3千到1萬5千元，限期未改善可連續處罰。若宰殺活禽，則依畜牧法開罰2萬到10萬元。

台北市稽查小組包含，市場處、衛生局、動保處、環保局、警察局及秘書處媒體事務組等單位，在5月17日起加強傳統市場聯合稽查工作，如有發現屠宰、陳列、展示及買賣活禽等行為攤販者，將依法開罰。

台中市動物保護防疫處設立檢舉專線，呼籲民眾若發現有違法私宰情形，可立即撥打檢舉專線。彰化縣成立列管攤商查核與違法屠宰聯合查緝小組，南投縣政府也請稽查單位加強追蹤列管的攤商及非法攤商，尤其要慎防攤商將機器搬回家持續屠宰活禽，以確保攤商確實配合政策推動。

農委會指出，禁宰活禽的措施絕不會因為H7N9疫情趨緩而延後或取消，17日會如期實施，提醒民眾及攤商，即使在傳統市場販賣未殺的活禽也違法。

證所稅利多 短線指數續攻

昨日盤勢：

受到美股創高激勵，台股早盤以上漲13點至 8264點開出。由於期指結算在即觀望氣份濃厚，指數僅於平盤之上狹幅震盪。尾盤市場傳出證所稅方案確定，激勵買盤回籠，外資拉抬期貨帶動現貨，推升指數上揚，收在全日最高。其中食品及造紙類股分別在統一、永豐餘帶動下，類股上漲1%，其餘傳產多為小漲小跌。電子方面，權值龍頭台積電漲多修正，資金湧入防禦性族群，中華電、台灣大，遠傳股價均有表現。金融類股則以元大金受廢稅行情激勵，上漲3.3%居類股之冠；新光金、開發金亦有1%以上的漲幅，整體金融上漲1.51%。終場指數上漲66點，收在8318點，8300點關卡失而復得，量能為884億元。

資金動向：

三大法人合計買超48.01億元。其中外資買超50.32億元，投信賣超7.83億元，自營商買超5.51億元。外資買超前五大為群創、元大金、彩晶、新光金、友達；賣超前五大為鴻海、仁寶、正新、兆豐金、矽品。投信買超前五大為台虹、台郡、玉山金、橋椿、京元電；賣超前五大為寶成、光寶科、華夏、聯電、佳格。資券變化方面，融資增1.2億元，融資餘額為1786億元，融劵增0.7萬張，融券餘額為37.6萬張。

今日盤勢分析：

外在全球央行聯手超寬鬆政策，提供市場充足資金，歐美股市持續盤堅，高檔不墜。內有搭配法說會、財報利多、與政策面8500點天險去除預期，台股指數沿五日線走揚，攻勢凌厲。但目前指數已來到8300點以上近兩年高檔位置，盤面不少族群已創下歷史或波段新高，追高風險大幅增溫，須留意下列因素對台股後續走勢影響。其一，雖然財政部證所稅新版本大幅寬鬆，並撤掉8500天險關卡，市場理應大幅反應利多。但昨日量能僅884億元，雖較前幾日增加但幅度並不算多;且由盤面資金動向觀察，除了基期偏低的太陽能族群持續上漲，中華電、台灣大、遠傳逆勢突起，成為資金簇擁對象，顯示帶動指數盤堅的主流部隊已由業績成長績優股，轉向防禦型類股，表現風險意識增溫的跡象。其二，自上周起ECB、澳洲、印度、南韓甚至以色列央行陸續降息，日圓持續貶值至102以上，台幣近五個交易日強貶將近2%，各國以壓低匯率尋求較高的出口競爭力，亞幣競貶重新啟動將造成全球熱錢流向重新洗牌。我們認為證所稅8500點關卡移除屬短線激勵因子，全球資金動向才是影響盤勢主要關鍵所在，須持續留意台幣動向。

投資策略：

證所稅8500點天險廢除，激勵指數短線仍有持續攻高空間，但盤面風險增溫之跡象亦不容忽視。包括盤面領漲指標轉為防禦型類股為主，亞幣競貶可能帶來熱錢流出壓力，顯示資金風險意識升高。再加上短線產業面屬真空期，財報、法說會利多已結束，預期多方推升力道將逐漸趨緩，操作上仍宜謹慎，嚴設停利停損。

我是從老婆入院一直陪到進產房看著小公主出生!雖然不是我在痛但我能深刻感覺到到生的當下真的很痛~但生完後的兩個月.我老婆說她還想再生一個!我想這份喜悅與跟小孩的情感遠遠大過於生產的痛吧!

【時報記者王可鑫台北報導】三星榮獲2013年影像技術媒體協會獎(Technical Image Press Association Awards)中的四項大獎殊榮，包含「最佳中階無反光鏡相機」、「最佳行動影像裝置」、「最佳影像創新科技」以及「最佳相片播放電視」，這是三星旗下的數位影像裝置首次囊括三項TIPA大獎。其中，Samsung SMART CAMERA NX300更贏得「最佳中階無反光鏡相機獎」，顯示該產品為市場中最為出色的最佳中階無反光鏡相機。

快速試紙　檢驗家居漏水

市民遇上家居漏水，通常都只是「估估吓」推測源頭，尤其遇上樓上住戶撒賴不認賬，追討和維修就更困難；但原來坊間有不少價錢便宜、使用容易的快速試紙，只須三項簡單測試，就可以推敲到漏水源頭。

 

家居漏水成因眾多，由雨水、沖涼水、廁渠水到洗碗水，香港公正行技術總監賴達明指出，想找出源頭，其實只須用試紙檢測滴水成分。「呢啲試紙一盒只係三百蚊左右，已經有百幾張，有排用，喺科學用品公司好易買到！」

測試一：鹹水定淡水？係唔係屎水？

判斷滲漏源頭，第一步應先確定漏水屬鹹或淡水，住戶可利用氯化物試紙拭擦牆身，若然試紙變色即表示對鹽分有反應，證明是鹹水。「全港八成以上大廈都係用鹹水沖廁，驗到鹹水即係證明糞渠爆咗，管理公司要跟進。」
如果想再進一步確認是否用完的沖廁水，則可另外再用阿摩尼亞試紙測試，如變色即代表漏水含有尿液，屬糞水。「如果可以分辨到係抽入屋嘅海水、定係排落樓下的屎水（滲漏），追究起來就方便好多。」
