效力於紐約洋基隊的日籍野手鈴木一朗單場敲出雙安，可惜最後球隊還是輸球，這是一朗相隔4場比賽後的複數安打。
一朗4打數2安打，不過洋基隊以4:9落敗，視一朗為英雄的後輩川崎宗則，面隊勇士隊比賽2打數無安打，還吞下2次三振，連續3戰無安打演出。
青木宣親代表釀酒人隊出戰明尼蘇達雙城隊，結果3打數無安打，釀酒人隊以4:1落敗。
紅襪隊後援投手上原浩治挨轟，他在7局下滿壘時登板，雖然最後此局他順利避免遭打出安打。
不過8局下他被近況極佳的Domonic Brown敲出陽春全壘打追加領先比數，最後紅襪隊以3:4輸球。 (接下一頁)
