板大您好，以下建議參考~

我們人的眼睛因為光線的關係折射都有可能會有您說的狀況發生，除非你有清楚看到黑影會移動~或者白影會移動~才有可能看到'好朋友'~一般人要看到其實不是那麼容易~~

再者背脊發冷可能是因為你覺得好像看到'好朋友'所造成的~

如果眼睛有閃光的朋友們~這種狀況會更多~~閃光越大~看到黑影或白影的機會越大~不用太擔心害怕~如果你還是覺得頻率太頻繁~建議佩戴一串水晶或者天珠來試試看~~
