EXCEL 開不起來的問題

如題我要打開EXCEL擋它出現一個小視窗 上面內容為

( EXCEL 無法以可用的資源完成工作，請選擇較小的資源或

關閉其他的應用程式)。

可是我開其他檔案 卻可以開得起來~? 請問有大大遇過相同的問題

並如何解決.... 我從灌過軟體 但是還是一樣。
