主計總處下修今年GDP至2.31％

主計總處昨公布最新經濟成長率(GDP)預測，將今年經濟成長率預估下修到2.31％，較5月的預測值2.4％，微幅下修0.09個百分點。官員表示，當前的經濟局勢屬「軟性擴張」，下修原因包括出口不旺、民間投資疲軟。

主計總處表示，雖然上半年海關出口值，比預期高出16億美元，但新興市場下半年經濟出現大幅下修，而台灣又高度依賴的出口，因此，全年出口成長率預測值，從原先的2.82％下修至2.3％。

至於民間投資，主計總處表示，上半年投資多集中在半導體業，其他企業投資力道仍顯疲弱，若扣除半導體業者，其他產業投資為負成長。預測全年民間投資成長5.91％，較5月大幅下修1.3個百分點。

另外，電價自10月起調漲，民眾最關心對經濟成長率及物價的衝擊有多大？官員表示，電價調漲對今年GDP、CPI(物價)影響，分別為0.02與0.06個百分點，對明年也會造成0.06與0.18個百分點的影響。

主計總處強調，由於電價早已公告，影響已經考慮在這次的GDP以及CPI的預測中。相對的，近來蔬果價格平穩、進口品價格走跌，今年全年CPI預測值為1.07％。

台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德表示，雖然中國大陸經濟成長率下滑至7.8％，但美國、歐洲、日本近來經濟表現不錯，正、負因子調整後，主計總處未來還有「上修」GDP的可能性，GDP「保2」絕對沒問題。
