北市精華店面住辦釋出　和樂大樓5億標售

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北市大安區又有精華店面和住辦出售，第一太平戴維斯今天公告，鄰近大安森林公園的和樂大樓標售地下1樓到地上6層，標售底價5.01億元，總面積為498.86坪，換算每坪單價81萬元，相當划算。另外，羅斯福路三段、台電大樓對面的2戶店面也規劃出售，2戶面積共計61.01坪，每坪單價120萬元，總價7321.2萬元；兩案預定明年1月20日下午開標。

第一太平戴維斯總經理高銘頂說，依據實價登錄資料顯示，目前和平東路住宅行情，屋齡5年的師大林園社區每坪單價超過120萬元，屋齡16年的師大禮居每坪單價超過110萬元，中古電梯大樓每坪單價也已來到85~95萬元，和樂大樓價格相當誘人，並採分層出售，單層價格僅約6302~9620萬元，適合自用型及置產型買家入手。
