保全記申誡並扣薪合法嗎

想請問一下 一個保全工作是以時薪制計薪 但是在期間每個月要求固定時間到公司上課 並且上課時間是不算工時的 如此一來未參加其上課的話 公司要以申誡處份並扣薪 這樣<sep/>...
