各位大大，小弟我最近上了偵查庭，因案件是在100年10月間發生，對我施暴，原

不想提告對方，但對方竟是惡人先告狀，明明就又錄音為證，但法官辨認不出對方

和我的聲音，對方卻捏造事實，不是他的聲音硬是說是，大大，我該如何?
(法庭可以申請聲紋比對嗎)
