不少人都有接過詐騙電話的經驗，儘管大家都知道要避免，但難免就會有人亂了套，前經建會主委尹啟銘就曾被騙了120萬。目前正在三立服務的美女主播楊伊湄，日前幫警方代言活動時，就自爆弟弟也曾遭詐騙6萬元，這對學生來說是一筆大數目，事發當時全家人心情都很差。
被網友稱為「台大十三妹」的楊伊湄，10日受邀代言台北市警方的犯罪預防活動。根據《自由時報》報導，她提到弟弟在念大學時，也遇到詐騙集團，要他「解除分期付款」。對方教他用ATM提款取消分期，結果莫名其妙地被2度轉出3萬元，一共損失6萬元。
楊伊湄回想當時情況，自己和弟弟在派出所內哭哭啼啼，警察不斷地安慰他們，現在警方邀請她代言這次活動，她便二話不說地允諾，只是她也虧了自己一下，因為弟弟遭詐騙，「自己當這個代言人有點丟臉。」
主辦單位除了找楊伊湄當代言人外，還一同拍攝了微電影，還找了帥氣男員警和她對戲，楊伊湄笑稱帥警比明星更酷，還說「警察男友也不錯啊！」
