請問英檢中級複試第4次只通過口說下次還可以考嗎？

請問英檢複試第4次只通過口說下次還可以考嗎？各位我在網路上有看到如果4次皆未通過是不是只要申請初試通過證明就可以考下一次？那如果我第4次口說有通過那考下次時可以只考寫作嗎？謝謝
