少吃花生 吃粽不怕變重

端午節吃粽子是最應景食物,慢性疾病的民眾該如何吃,才不會增加身體的負擔?多項跟粽子有關的疑問,昨天在中壢市天晟醫院社區醫學「歡慶端午吃粽不變重」活動中獲得答案。

天晟醫院社區醫學部主任鐘頂天表示,高血壓患者可以選擇味道較淡的蒸粽,例如潮州粽或南部粽,但要注意其中油脂含量高的花生與花生粉,最好不要食用。痛風病人應注意粽內的魷魚、干貝、鮑魚、香菇等食材,以免痛風上身。

天晟醫院營養室則提醒,市面販售粽子每粒的熱量從300卡至500卡不等。平均吃下一顆拳頭大小的粽子,需要踏階60至70分鐘,才能消耗攝取的熱量,鼓勵民眾多運動養生,粽子好吃但身體也要活動。
