有關外匯供給造成利率下跌的問題?

用粗略的說法，外幣進入國內變成台幣。
央行需要釋出台幣才能"換"這些外幣
台幣(貨幣)供給增加，"利率下跌"

並不是央行為維持匯率的穩定性，需在外匯市場買入外匯
存粹"用錢換錢" ，市場供需，缺少台幣可換台幣就升值。

如果單純討論這句"
當熱錢進入時，立即使該國的貨幣升值，股價上揚，貨幣供給增加，利率下跌"
並不是絕對正確，還有很多影響因素
(例如央行干預進行買賣，可以不升值或是升貶幅度多少)

但如果假設那句話成立時，討論一些問題就比較肯定
