台積電5月合併營收517.88億 創歷史新高

台積電5月營收表現亮麗，單月合併營收突破500億元，自結5月合併營收517.88億元，較4月500.71億元成長3.4%，再創歷史新高，較去年同期增加17.2%，主受惠於行動裝置市場及28奈米製程需求強勁的帶動。

台積電累計2013年1至5月營收約2346.14億元，較去年同期1903.34億元增加23.3%。台積電在先前的法人說明會中，針對第2季營運展望，財務長何麗梅表示，合併營收約1540-1560億元，較第1季成長16-17.5%，可望再創下單季新高；法人認為，以台積電目前的營運來看，第2季業績目標應可達成。

台積電預估第2季毛利率47.5-49.5%，營業利益率35-37%； 何麗梅指出，第2季合併營收的預估值是以1美元兌新台幣29.82元作為換算的假設，法人指出，以第2季合併營收1540-1560億元來看，將刷新去年第3季合併營收1413.75億元的紀錄，再創單季新高。

台積電11日將召開股東會，討論去年度盈餘分配，每股預計配發3元現金股利，董事長暨總執行長張忠謀對產業景氣看法，則是市場關注焦點。
