到時候地檢署傳喚時你可以跟檢察官說你希望改罪名

但最後起訴什麼罪名是檢察官依據實際狀況決定的

不是你說告什麼就告什麼

法院會判什麼也是要看實際狀況

所以你必須要去強調過程

他們都是攻擊致命部位

以及他們持有的武器

至於和解金額除醫藥費外

還有你的勞動力損失及工作損失

主要是精神賠償金

至於多少不太適合這樣公開講
