陸力挺低碳運輸體系建設，聚焦智慧交通領域

大陸交通運輸部18日召開「綠色循環低碳交通運輸體系建設試點示範推進會」，提出擬制定實施交通運輸綠色循環低碳科技專項行動工作方案，加大交通運輸綠色循環低碳科技研發與推廣，加快智慧交通與信息化建設。業內人士認為，隨著智慧交通領域一步步擴張，未來巨大的市場空間令人期待，相關上市公司可望受惠。

會議中提出了明確的量化指標。到2020年，與2005年相比，交通運輸業實現營運車輛單位運輸周轉量能耗、碳排放量分別下降16%和18%，營運船舶單位運輸周轉量能耗、碳排放量分別下降20%和22%，城市客運單位客運量能耗、碳排放量分別下降26%和30%。

交通運輸部副部長何建中指出，要堅持規劃引領，把節能減排的要求落實到全領域、全過程、各層面、各環節。要以點帶面，有力有序推動交通運輸業節能減排工作向縱深發展。

大陸部份智慧交通概念股19日走揚，截至午盤，同洲電子(002052.SZ)漲逾5%，超圖軟件(300036.SZ)漲逾4%，高淳淘瓷(600562.SH)漲逾3%，高德紅外(002414.SZ)、機器人(300024.SZ)、四維圖新(002405.SZ)漲逾2%。
