圖文:http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/39328810 時間:2013/11 之前在追尋北部的傳統蛋餅店，跑去桃園八德的松柏林吃了家蛋餅店後，沒想到有熱心的 網友推薦新莊頭前國小也有家傳統蛋餅店，還特地去買來拍照給我看。為了不辜負網友的 熱情推薦，所以在週末早上特地跑來新莊一試。 頭前豆漿店就在頭前國小正對面，其實沒有店名，只有掛上個豆漿招牌，旁邊則是一般的 早餐店。 蛋餅＄30 豆漿店的蛋餅也是用麵粉漿來煎，或許還加了點太白粉，口感比較彈嫩綿軟，沒那麼硬實 ，邊緣帶點微微焦脆。蛋餅的份量意外的多，大概是一般蛋餅的兩倍份量，除了餅皮內的 蔥花之外，還夾帶了幾絲黃瓜，醬料用的是甜辣醬，這種組合與口感，吃起來倒很像是蚵 仔煎。不過這蛋餅的賣相較差，亂亂堆疊而成，雖然不好看，可是吃的很飽足。 頭前豆漿店 地址：新北市新莊區化成路526號 電話：02-29925955 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.129.3 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 HsinChuang 12/24 15:45
