上海商銀柬埔寨辦事處今成立

【黃國棟／台北報導】上海商銀宣布，柬埔寨辦事處今天正式成立，由董事長榮鴻慶親自飛往柬埔寨的金邊舉行剪綵儀式。上海商銀表示，目前在海外布局方面，已在香港、越南設立分行；在泰國已設立曼谷辦事處；在中國上海則成立融資租賃公司。上海商銀說，看好柬埔寨的經濟發展實力，及掌握未來柬埔寨進一步採取金融自由化措施，也會積極爭取未來升格為分行的機會。

上海商銀主管提到，2012年台灣對柬埔寨雙邊貿易總值大約7億美元。柬埔寨也是台商在海外投資生產的主要國家之一，知名上市公司如儒鴻、聚陽、如興，以及飛燕製衣、崑洲製衣、台雅國際等大型紡織成衣廠等均已在柬埔寨投資設廠。

上海商銀也提到，此次辦事處是設立在柬埔寨的金邊，而首任代表是經理徐明德，徐畢業於崑山科技大學企業管理學系碩士在職專班，在上海商銀任職已逾22年。
