指「李敖是打手」　許倬雲判賠200萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】知名史學大師、中研院士許倬雲因口述《許倬雲談話錄》一書於中國出版，內容提及李敖是「打手」、「說謊、偷書變賣」、「背叛朋友」，李敖得知後，認為這全非事實，求償300萬元，並要求登報道歉，台北地院今判許賠償200萬元，並須在台灣《蘋果》及中國《人民日報》等7媒體刊登道歉啟事。

刑事誹謗罪部分，台北地檢署調查時，許倬雲以「年代久遠」，提不出證據支持自己書中對李敖的評論內容，去年4月遭依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴，目前仍由台北地院審理中。民事部分，法官認為，許倬雲無法證明自己口述並刊載在《許倬雲談話錄》一書中，關於李敖是「打手」等說法屬實，已侵害李敖名譽權，應賠償並登報道歉；仍可上訴。
