女嬰疑因餵奶噎死

 【張先華、曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市驚傳女嬰疑似嗆奶猝死案！在福雅路延康托嬰中心托育的的張姓女嬰（約7個月大）中午12點餵奶、1點多哭醒安撫後繼續睡，三點多發現女嬰沒有反應、沒呼吸且口腔有奶水，立即送中港澄清醫院急救但仍不治。女嬰母親接獲通知趕抵看到愛女冰冷遺體當場痛哭失聲。

中港澄清醫院急診室主任鄭清萬跟家屬說明，女嬰到院時瞳孔放大沒有呼吸心跳，身體發疳，經過插管急救仍宣告不治，檢查女嬰遺體並無外傷，但口腔與呼吸道遺留有大量的牛奶，是否與女嬰猝死有關將待檢察官相驗後釐清

台中市社會局婦女及兒少福利科長賴緣如指出，延康托嬰中心2003年立案，最近一次評比甲等，屬於中等托嬰中心，該局已請社工前往醫院安撫家長並協助處理善後。
