保全假好心幫搬家　摸女子胸部遭判刑8月

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市1名59歲的沈姓保全，日前見到1名單身女子準備搬入社區，假意幫她搬物品到新房，趁著2人獨處時，竟一時意亂情迷，強抱對方，並上下其手摸女子胸部，女子嚇得放聲尖叫，沈男嚇得拔腿離去。事後被害女子在友人陪同下報警處理，警方也依法將沈男送辦。
 
由於沈男在檢警調查及法院庭訊均坦承犯行，積極與被害女子和解，也獲得諒解，新竹地院因此依強制猥褻罪判沈男8月徒刑，緩刑3年。
