大巨蛋施工震動　松菸地板龜裂

台北市議會副議長周柏雅今日公布影片，直指目前施工的大巨蛋，因頻繁強烈的挖掘與震動，造成附近松山菸廠「製菸工廠」走廊地板龜裂30多道，其中寬度最大裂縫約有拳頭寬度。周表示，松菸屬市定古蹟，根據文資保存法第94條，市府應下令停工。

針對周柏雅批評，文化局稱，目前松菸結構未受害，日後會進行補強。(陳思豪／台北報導)
