【動新聞】釘子戶跪求　「給我們回家的路」

台中市豐原區潘姓釘子戶的前後門都被建築物包夾，無路通行，潘家的老母親跪求：「給我們一條回家的路。」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，昨早機車行開門，中市議員謝志忠穿越機車行後門，提早餐給潘家人吃。75歲的潘母，跪求謝志忠幫忙，「無法出門看醫生，無法上市場買菜，全家乾脆死在這裡。」中市府提議向緊鄰透天社區借路，但有社區居民反對讓路給潘家人通行。

建商「餘作美」委任律師許博堯表示，前年4月建商同意將賣給潘女的一樓透天厝從215萬元降為175萬元，潘女曾簽字和解不再針對該地通行權提告，如今卻反悔，且潘家原本通行的一樓透天厝法拍拍得308萬元，餘作美將取回買屋未付餘款150萬元，潘女尚能得到145萬元。潘女不滿說：「給我一千萬也沒用，我就是要一條路走。」（方翊倩／綜合報導）
