天龍地虎竊盜組　專挑彩券行下手

【潘姵如／台北報導】靠身材作掩護！一對家住附近的兒時玩伴，長大後同時染上毒癮，竟共謀竊盜維生，其中1名徐姓男子(34歲)因患有侏儒症，身高僅有 140公分，另名35歲的惠姓男子身高則有175公分，2人一高一矮形成天龍地虎的組合，還加入1名39歲的吳姓男子組成的竊盜組織，分工犯案。

警方調查發現，徐、惠兩嫌先在新北市板橋區、中和區等地尋找生意興隆的彩券行，佯裝上門購買彩券的顧客，實則在店內打聽打烊時間、周邊環境及觀察現金擺放位 置，待晚上彩券行打烊後，2嫌便夥同吳男駕車前往目標的彩券行，以千斤頂與拔釘器撬開彩券行鐵捲門後，入內行竊，偷走店內現金與刮刮樂彩券，2個月內已有 2家彩券行受害，損失約50萬元。警方事後依犯案車輛循線逮捕3嫌，將依竊盜罪嫌將他們移送法辦。
