突然想寫篇文章分享我自己的經驗 很害羞的保養版首PO 多多指教 應該有跟我一樣絕望過的糟糕痘痘族和酒糟肌，以下希望能帶來幫助~~~ 從前膚質狀況 從青春期國中開始，可能熬夜或青春期內分泌失調，就長期冒了一堆痘，T字部位和額頭 、下巴都是，悶痘、小痘、大痘各種痘一起來，很嚴重的那種，在路上都會被攔下來 遞名片介紹皮膚科，叫我去就診T_T，我很明白長痘痘的痛苦，也能了解社會版因為長痘痘 輕生新聞的心情。洗臉時都是凹凸顆粒感，很痛很煩沒自信不敢照鏡子 >""※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.133.132.47
