核協議助經濟 伊朗幣升值3%

【大紀元11月24日報導】（中央社杜拜24日綜合外電報導）伊朗和六強達成協議，限縮核子計畫後，伊朗貨幣里亞爾（Rial）今天在外匯市場升值了超過3%，顯示各界希望受國際制裁衝擊的伊朗經濟能開始逐步恢復。

路透社報導，交易員說，外匯自由市場的伊朗里亞爾從今天凌晨協議簽訂前的1美元兌3萬，升值到1美元兌約2萬9000伊朗里亞爾。

伊朗土木工程公司AFI集團外匯操作員阿夫蘭尼（Nariman Aflani）透過電話說：「我們在伊朗感受到正面氣氛。」

他說，由於人們預期制裁逐步放鬆，國內能比較容易取得國外產品，所以像是陶瓷品和水泥等建材的國內價格下降了些。

多數伊朗人民和企業使用外匯自由市場匯率取得強勢貨幣。伊朗中央銀行的官方匯率今天沒有變動，維持在1美元兌2萬4822伊朗里亞爾。若干與國家有關的公司使用的是官方匯率。
