烏警突襲反對黨總部　總統同意會談

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】烏克蘭歐盟派民眾8日在首都基輔示威，美聯社估計至少50萬人擠進基輔獨立廣場，稱是2004年以來最大的反政府示威，9日鎮暴警察圍堵抗議民眾，並闖入前總理季莫伸科（Yulia Tymoshenko）所屬的反對黨「全烏克蘭祖國聯盟」的辦公室，祖國聯盟的發言人表示持槍蒙面警察突襲辦公室，並拿走電腦伺服器。
 
隨著抗爭活動越演越烈，重創國內經濟，總統亞努科維奇（Viktor Yanukovych）終於顯示誠意，表示同意和反對派人士會談，聆聽反對派要求內閣總辭和提早選舉的要求，以結束長達3周的抗議活動。
