【短片】人渣亂尿被吠凶殘打狗　網友揪兇

【任羿馨／綜合報導】昨天下午4時許，1名男子在苗栗頭屋尖豐路一處超市旁，疑路邊亂尿尿時遭狗吠，竟惱羞成怒發狂，拿安全帽、繩子、鐵撬等工具打狗，只見綁著繩子、束手無策的狗已經奄奄一息他還不作罷，手段相當凶殘，網友氣得將監視器拍下的畫面PO網揪兇。

影片中只見該名男子疑隨地小便被狗吠，竟發狂似地打狗，過程相當殘忍。PO影片者：「打到滿地都是血，真的是太可惡了，一定要把他揪出來！」網友也痛斥：「人渣！」據悉，目前兇手已經遭警方鎖定，飼主也已經將影片提供給動保單位，將對狠心的打狗人依法開罰。
