尊重人權獲得滿分！EA被評為2014年最佳雇主

　　在過去的兩年中，EA 一直被評為「全美最差公司」，為此 EA 也做出了不少的努力，近日人權運動組織（Human Rights Campaign）發表「2014 年最佳工作地點中」，EA 終於翻身了。


　　在該組織公布的「企業平等指數」（Corporate Equality Index）中，EA 獲得了 100% 的滿分成績。這項指標包括平等的就業機會、平等的就業受益、公開而負責的公民權，以及為同性戀、雙性戀和變性戀員工提供平等的就業培訓。

　　EA 在官網表示，人權運動組織認可 EA 對同性戀工作者的包容和平等政策，我們感到無比的自豪。負責人 Andre Chambers 表示：這歸功於公司內部推崇多元化和包容性的團隊，我們期待這個傳統可以在 2014 年持續下去。

　　影片中，EA 很自豪的支持 LGBT（注1）的平等權利，並努力發揮在他們住的地方，以及他們的同事、朋友、家人的工作，讓其更具包容性。而且 EA 也是 GaymerX 的主要贊助廠商，也是反婚姻保護法聯盟（Anti-DOMA Coalition）的一員，並且也在旗下遊戲《模擬人生》中把同性戀關係帶入，並且一直傳承下去。

　　同時，EA 也積極支援公司員工參加在洛杉磯、舊金山、西雅圖、斯德哥爾摩、溫哥華、奧斯汀、奧蘭多等地，專為同性戀群體舉行的「驕傲大遊行」（Pride Parade）活動，現場還可以看到《植物大戰殭屍》花車也來湊熱鬧！


註1：LGBT 是女同性戀者（Lesbians）、男同性戀者（Gays）、雙性戀者（Bisexuals）與跨性別者（Transgender）的英文首字母縮略字。
