【短片】剪刀剪頭　英實驗室殘虐白老鼠

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】英國廢除活體解剖聯盟(BUAV)派出臥底，滲入倫敦帝國學院（Imperial College London）的實驗室，發現白老鼠慘被放上「斷頭台」折磨，斬頭或是扭斷脖子等，情況不忍睹。

臥底人員拍下影片，發現白老鼠進行實驗時，遭受各樣殘酷折磨，例如用剪刀把白老鼠寶寶的頭剪下來，甚至用工具，把白老鼠的頸部扭斷。外界擔心，其他大型動物，例如貓、狗、豬等動物，也可能會在英國的實驗室，受到類似虐待。

BUAV表示這種虐待動物事件不該是由他們臥底來揭發，顯示出監管動物實驗的單位沒有盡好責任，當局表示將會獨立展開調查，一旦確認有違反動物研究規範，就會依法制裁。
