服務聽障人士　日研議電視廣告上字幕

《朝日新聞》報導，為服務日本1900多萬聽障人士與聽覺不靈敏的高齡者，日本總務省將於30日召開研討會，研議電視廣告的字幕方案。

日本目前僅有總部設於東京與大阪的主要電視台為電視廣告配置字幕，政府希望邀集各大企業與廣告公司，研商如何在所有電視廣告上添加字幕的技術問題，希望在今年6月以前確定初步的方案與實施時間。（李忠謙／綜合外電報導）
