41歲的男子張德正，25日凌晨5時，駕駛大貨車直接衝總統府，張德正在激烈撞擊後昏迷，警消趕緊將他送醫急救，所幸已無大礙。他先前留下遺書指控司法不公，但第二任的林姓前妻卻痛罵他是「無賴」，張男26日清醒後，提到此事還毫無悔意的表示「我不後悔，就是要讓大家知道這件事，願被判重刑。」

張男的第二任林姓前妻，26日接受訪問，坦言張男曾對他家暴、搞外遇，甚至懷孕期間產檢，都是自己騎摩托車去，就算找到張男要他一起去產檢，張男也只會以「喝醉」來推拖，讓她非常心碎。她回想起與張男的種種，甚至還氣憤的表示「他根本就是個無賴！」

林姓前妻控張德正是「無賴」，但第一任的陳姓前妻也跳出來說話，稱他是顧家、愛小孩的好男人。她坦言當時離婚確實有小三介入，但她和家人互動仍非常親密時常一起吃飯，是個顧家、愛小孩的男人。只是張男在最近一年性格變得有點古怪，對於張男衝撞總統府一事感到吃驚。

張男的胞兄對於弟弟如此莽撞的行徑，向社會大眾道歉。他提到弟弟和林姓前妻的紛爭，絕非如林女口中所稱的壞老公，而且張德正也無奈地表示，自己這輩子絕無打過女人。
