彭博社24日報導，全球最大公共退休基金「日本政府年金投資基金(Government Pension Investment Fund；GPIF)」理事長三谷隆博在瑞士達沃斯接受專訪時表示，不考慮增持日本公債(JGB)。

三谷隆博表示，因日本通膨率(核心CPI增幅)正持續走升造成JGB價格上升空間非常有限，故GPIF將不會增持JGB，且待GPIF所持有的JGB期滿之後，將考慮投資其他資產。

三谷隆博指出，GPIF考慮投資的資產包含日本股市、海外股市及海外債券。據彭博社指出，JGB去年(2013年)的投資回報率為2.1%，遠低於義大利國債的7.3%。

GPIF於2013年7-9月期間於JGB市場的投資報酬率為1.18%，低於海外股市的7.13%、日本股市的6.05%以及海外債券的1.64%。截至2013年9月底為止GPIF在日本債券、日本股市、海外股市、海外債券的投資佔比分別為58%(4-6月為60%)、16%、13%、10%。

日本2013年11月份排除生鮮食品後的核心CPI較去年同月上揚1.2%，為2008年11月以來首度突破1%關卡、並創5年1個月來(2008年10月以來；當月年增1.9%)最大增幅記錄。
