2歲童流感　醫竟開成人劑量

流感進入高峰期，有家長日前帶2歲多、體重12公斤的兒子就醫，確診罹患A型流感，醫師開立75毫克成人劑量克流感，她詢問才知藥品仿單建議15公斤以下僅需吃30毫克，質疑開藥太離譜。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，家長黃小姐本月18日帶2歲多的兒子到北市中心綜合醫院就醫，該院小兒科醫師何驊開立成人劑量克流感，每次要吃75毫克。她不放心、去電詢問院方，護理人員堅稱劑量沒錯，她再問別家兒科診所，才知仿單註明15公斤以下者每次只需吃30毫克。黃小姐後來只讓兒子每次吃30毫克，到第4天兒子嚴重腹瀉，最後只好停藥。

她質疑若當初吃醫師所開劑量，後果恐不堪設想。何驊回應，因小孩症狀嚴重，如不短時間盡快改善，擔心有併發症，故開立成人劑量。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
