大學學測國文考科在上午11時20分結束，本屆作文題目為「通關密語」，問考生面對人生考驗時，有沒有自己的通關密語。

而在選擇題部分，被討論已久的樂生療養院，與戲劇《後宮甄嬛傳》皆成為題幹敘述的主體。選項中也藏有圓仔、黃色小鴨，還罕見地出現插畫人物。諸葛亮的《出師表》也成為非選擇題的主角之一。
