千人上街　喊要捷運南港基隆線

【戴之聖／基隆報導】台灣城市競爭力發展協會理事長林右昌，於今天上午8時許帶領近千位民眾走上街頭，先在基隆七堵火車站集合，並穿上「我愛基隆」的衣服，沿著新台五路到南港火車站，沿途高喊「我要捷運南港基隆線」，希望藉此強烈向政府表達基隆人需要捷運的訴求。

林右昌表示，基隆地區每天有近10萬人在台北上班上課，基隆市是大台北捷運網不可或缺的部分，政府還要再繼續假裝看不見嗎？捷運到基隆的問題政府不可以再迴避了。
