【陳冠宇／新北報導】今凌晨1時許，台北市大直北安路上，一輛小轎車與資源回收車發生擦撞，資源回收車當場被撞翻，2車駕駛均因強大撞擊力道受傷，所幸送醫後均無生命危險。警方將會釐清肇事責任，但是當務之急可要先將從回收車上「傾洩」而出的垃圾，清理乾淨恢復交通順暢。
