地政士公會：實價登錄　責任應回歸買賣雙方

【林修卉╱台北報導】立法院日前修《地政士法》，若地政士申報不實，可在7至15天寬限期，但學者擔心實價登錄恐充斥更多「假房價」，內政部將祭出防弊措施，申報不實累犯，最重施予停業、除名。台聯立委黃文玲今陪同30多位地政士舉行記者會，地政士公會全聯會理事長蘇榮淇表示，當初要推動實價登錄，原本責任應該在買賣雙方，地政士願意摃起責任，沒想到卻被怪罪破壞實價登錄，呼籲內政部應重新修改地政三法，把責任回歸買賣雙方。
 
地政士公會全聯會榮譽理事長王進祥則說，在實務面上，客廳與餐廳如果打通，這到底是1廳，還是2廳？車位面積若沒扣除，平均單價就會不一樣，而且車位面積除了建商知道，要如何去查？他認為，一件買賣移轉登記案件收費一、兩萬元，但罰款是3萬到15萬元，完全不合理。
 
地政士公會全聯會副理事王又興也表示，地政士登錄價格，難免會有錯誤，要求罰款或將地政士除名，懲罰過重。
