倫敦新案來台發表　搶賺中產階級財

【鄭婷方/台北報導】海外投資置產近年興起，相對於日本、馬來西亞等地，台灣民眾對英國倫敦的房市普遍較陌生，當地新案「THE EDRIDGE」今在台發表，吸引投資人、企業主目光。

負責該案銷售的台灣世邦魏理仕投資部資深董事陳俊逸表示，預估倫敦房市約有500億元市場，台灣財力高端客群目前在倫敦以購買豪宅產品為主，但該案推出1~4房產品，距倫敦政經學院步行約5分鐘，鎖定中產階級以上、為子女留學置產族群，預計開放35戶銷售。
